Let's Go Video orchestrated a literary symphony across the picturesque town of Sonoma, CA, capturing 25 author presentations at 5 venues over 3 days, documenting literary giants like Pulitzer Prize winner Percival Everett, crime fiction master Michael Connelly, award-winning New Yorker writer Patrick Redden, food writer Ruth Reichl, and visionaries like Sal Khan and UCSF's Dr. Alex Marson.
Each location presented unique challenges - from tents with wobbly floors threatening camera stability, banquet rooms with troublesome acoustics, a high school gymnasium bathed in unfriendly lighting, to the historic outdoor plaza requiring coverage from multiple angles.
When every venue throws a different plot twist, you need a production team that can rewrite the technical script on the fly.

Company Kick-Off
Enterprise software startup ControlUp invited us to their Sales Kick-off to document a new company chapter, with new leadership and a new Sales playbook. For IGEL’s DISRUPT 2023 tech expo event, we handled AV main stage coverage, shot stills of award winners, set up a customer and partner interview video room, and provided this quick-turnaround, social media highlight video.


Product Launch
For IGEL’s combination KickOff, expo and product launch, we sent crews to Germany to handle AV coverage, shoot stills, and to set up an interview pop-up, capturing executive and customer testimonials. This quick-turnaround highlight reel was screened for a thousand attendees, and simultaneously, released to Social Media.
